[edit | edit source]As little as possible. In particular, I will not try to Lead Noisebridge anywhere.
What do you believe a board member's job is?
[edit | edit source]To fill the legal hole, as it were. Certain tasks (changing the Bylaws, formally appointing officers, various other maintenance tasks) can only legally be done by a board. The board should only do these things as the membership wills.
