Back etymology

[edit | edit source]
  • "Mc" - evoking, (for me, in an American cultural context, 90s, 00s, 10s), McDonalds, industrialized delivery of food at low prices. Also, irish, scottish patronymic
  • "Int" - bits. Also, substitute other datatypes. mc-float, mc-uint, mc-bool, mc-int256.

Cheap production, of high quality, filling "bits", i.e. data.
