A welding school has contact with NB and there is a request to use the space for March 4th - 8th, A "short-term rental lease agreement" proffered with a written document, also available on discord in the channel "Great first floor heist". Offered a 4k donation to Noisebridge.

Requires noisebridge manual labor to clear the downstairs space to clear space for space

Wheezy: I am willing to participating 1200 sq Ft of space has been quoted 35' x 35'

Hey (nthmost here) I am happy to bottom-line this work -- i bottom-lined the 2020 move to Capp and the first Reboot as well. convo has been done in other places (see discord). no expectations NB will jump on this, just prepared the runway. sorry can't be there
