So right now we have a portable stand (AV Cart like thing) that has a keyboard tray, and it has a large flatscreen monitor mount on it. We have been using it for having remote presence ability in our meetings. This setup, at one point worked well, but we kept having to pass around a mic, which was inconvenient, and also parts from it keep getting taken for other projects so it would be nice to have a set of dedicated equipment for this purpose.

Fundraising
We can assume that NB General fund will pay for half the cost, so people should pledge to pay for the remaining half, ($274 left)
