We need someone to work with the SF department of build inspection to get 272 Capp blueprints. https://sfdbi.org/DOP
We need to come up with plan for what permits we should get immediatly for the first stage of build out.
And if we want to meet any secondary standards with our renovations (LEED, zero waste)
