One of the challenges with this event was the time difference between San Francisco and Hamburg (9 hours ahead), as the talks started around 2am local time each day and ran until around 3pm in the afternoon. This created for obvious logistical issues a challenge in persistent consciousness, and much hacking was to be done.

One of the challenges with this event was the time difference between San Francisco and Hamburg (9 hours ahead), as the talks started around 2am local time each day and ran until around 3pm in the afternoon.
