This is a bare-bones template for citations in the Summary of discussion around moving from 2169 into 272, though also usable elsewhere on this wiki. It's inspired by the Wikipedia Template:Citation, though not nearly as full-featured as that Lua-based implementation (don't expect ISBNs to work).

Mainly, {{cite|speaker=Soandso|meeting=2020 05 19}} will produce an appropriate citation to that person in that meeting:

It turned out that charging the fleebulizers to 80% or higher was the cause of the total protonic reversalSo-and-so in the 2020 05 19 Meeting.
